Promotion Winning Skipper Returns to Thorp Arch

The man who captained to Leeds United to promotion in the 2009/2010 season has returned to Thorp Arch to assist the next generation of potential stars.

Richard Naylor who parted company with Leeds at the end of the 2010/2011 season has officially ended his playing career after playing for Doncaster Rovers and Rotherham United last season.

Naylor made 76 appearances for Leeds after signing from Ipswich Town in 2009 and is currently working with the club’s under 18 players as he takes his first steps into coaching.

Richard is a popular figure at the club and is going to be working closely with under- 18’s coach Neil Redfearn.
